ValidID is a tool used by many recruitment companies who want to ensure they don’t jeopardise their reputational risk choosing that wrong potential applicant.

As a tool it supplements the usual due diligence, such as comprehensive referencing, with good hard facts and information about the individuals’ identity, their address, whether they are a bankrupt or have CCJs.

We aim to ensure that if there are any issues on their electronic file we will deliver that information in an easy to understand manner. Moreover if there are not issues hiding in the file you will have the evidence documented to show that the appropriate level of due diligence for the candidate was observed.
